Fruit Salad
This fruit salad is the perfect side dish that everyone is sure to love. Being a family of eleven here and everyone of us like it so thats saying something. Most ingredients are fairly cheap and easy to find especially in spring/summer. You can easily adjust the receipe to fit your families needs.
Ingredients:
4 cups diced red grapes
1 cup blueberries
2 green apples diced
2 bananas diced
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 cup sour cream
3 tbp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
First:
Combine you grapes, blueberries, apples, bananas, and pecans.
Secondly:
In a small bowl mix your sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract together.
Next:
Pour you cream mixture on top of you fruit and mix well
Lastly:
Serve and enjoy
Tip: If your like me and like your salad cold, refrigerator for an hour before serving.
